Breakfast: Everyone has eggs. Eggs, eggs, eggs!
fry up some cut up white onion and scallions. Fry it up in some safflower oil. Add a tbsp of commercial canned minced garlic. When browning, add 2 whole eggs, and 2 egg whites. Scramble and cook. Serve with some hearts of romaine lettuce to give it a nice cool crunch.
No fitness today. Sundays (more-less today) call for relaxing. It's finals week so I have studying to do today, as I have already been doing so.
However, I am all about the 30 minute brisk/relax walk later this afternoon. Just take time to go for a walk, enjoy the weather, get some muscles moving to help shunt nutrition to 6 days of working out to muscle tissues. Then some light stretching.

Let's wrap up this entire weeks faith post revolving around just doing something good. Be a nice person. If there was one thing of the entire list I posted I would do, it would to be smile at a stranger. Do it daily. It could be the only sunshine they see all day long.
